孩子目睹生產過程 Should Children Witness Child Birth?‏

在一個停電的夜晚，只有一位醫護人員趕到現場。

屋內漆黑一片，醫護人員只好請三歲大的小女孩凱薩琳幫忙握著一支手電筒，並高舉在她母親的上方，讓他可以在分娩過程看得較清楚。

凱薩琳很認真地執行她被賦予的任務。海蒂(母)則使命地向下施力，推了幾下後，小嬰孩康納誕生了。
醫護人員抓住他的小腳，高舉著他並拍打屁股，康納於是發出響亮的哭聲。

醫護人員接著感謝小女孩的協助，並問她對剛才的經驗有何感想，凱薩琳很直接地回答道：「他不應該爬進去那裡的，再打他的屁股一遍！」

Due to a power outage, only one paramedic responded to the call.

The house was very dark so the paramedic asked Kathleen, a 3-yr old girl to hold a flashlight high over her mommy so he could see while he helped deliver the baby.

Very diligently, Kathleen did as she was asked. Heidi pushed and pushed and after a little while, Connor was born. The paramedic lifted him by his little feet and spanked him on his bottom Connor began to cry.

The paramedic then thanked Kathleen for her help and asked the wide-eyed 3-yr old what she thought about what she had just witnessed Kathleen quickly responded, 'He shouldn't have crawled in there in the first place .......spank his butt again!'
