麻醬麵 Saseme Noodles

Leo非常喜歡台灣的傳統料理和小吃,
有一天我拿冰箱裡剩下的芝麻醬來做乾拌麵,
沒想到就變成了麻醬麵,還挺好吃的,
作法超級簡單:

麻醬麵
(一人份)

中式麵條 1人份
香菇素蠔油 1大匙
芝麻醬 1大匙

1.將麵條入滾水煮,同時拿一大碗將醬料放入拌勻,
2.撈起煮熟的麵,倒入碗中和醬料拌勻,完成!

秘訣:撈起麵條的時候不用特別瀝乾水份,會需要一些水分才好拌勻芝麻醬料,吃起來也才不會太乾。
配上一些新鮮小黃瓜絲很讚喔!

One day I took the left over sesame paste in my fridge to make noodles.
It turn out to be a nice sesame noodles.
It's super easy to make:

Sesame Noodle
(for one person)

Chinese Noodle for 1 person
Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp (Soy Sauce would do as well)
sesame Paste 1 Tbsp

1.Put noodle into boiling water to cook for 3 minutes, while waiting take a big bowl and mix oyster sauce and sesame paste in it.
2.Drain the cooked noodle, mix it into the bowl of sesame sauce. Bon appetit!

Tip: Leave some water on the noodle to make it easier to mix with sauce and keep the noodle moist. It goes well with sliced fresh cucumbers.
