上週末開始在副食品裡加入蔬菜:
材料:
地瓜稀飯 Sweet Potato + Plain Rice Soup
蒸熟的菠菜 Steamed Spinach
蒸熟的紅蘿蔔 Steamed Carrots
少許開水 Water
用果汁機打成糊狀,成了新的菜色,
Leo給這道菜取名叫「哇沙米」,
因為它的顏色是青綠色的。
Mix everything with blender. Voila a new baby dish.
Leo named it "Wasabi" for the color.
也許是因為地瓜的甜味,千千依舊很賞臉地吃了很多。
Perhaps because of the sweetness of sweet potato, Evelyn loved it.
